Dr. McCagh has a BS in Biology from Mount Saint Mary’s College and Masters in Physiology from Georgetown University. Dr. McCagh graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1992. He completed his medical internship at Washington Hospital Center in 1993. Dr. McCagh finished his Dermatology Residency as Chief Resident at the Robert C. Byrd School of Health Sciences, West Virginia University Medical Center in 1996.
